Shipping & Returns Policy

At Jules Nature Artist, every piece is carefully created, packed, and shipped with great care from the NSW North Coast. Below you’ll find information about shipping, delivery, and returns.

1. Shipping Within Australia

Standard Orders

We offer flat-rate Australia-wide shipping on standard online store purchases including prints, tea towels, greeting cards, and gift tags.

Flat-Rate Shipping: $12 AUD Australia-wide

FREE Shipping: Orders over $75 AUD

Please note: Flat-rate and free shipping offers apply to standard online store items only and exclude original artworks and wholesale orders.

Original Artworks

Original artworks require specialised packaging and courier arrangements due to their size, fragility, or destination.Shipping costs for original artworks are quoted individually. Please contact us prior to purchase to discuss delivery options and pricing.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale freight costs are calculated separately based on order size and delivery location and will be invoiced upon order submission.

International Orders

International shipping is available on request. Please contact us at hello@julesnatureartist.com for a shipping quote.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and shipping carrier timeframes.

International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Please note that delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are outside our control.

3. Shipping Carriers

Australian orders are shipped via trusted carriers including Australia Post and Sendle.

Some parcels may require collection from your local post office or courier depot.

Original artworks are generally delivered via courier and may require a signature upon delivery.

If you will not be home at the time of delivery, please include clear delivery instructions at checkout where possible.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your parcel.

Please email:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We kindly ask that you choose carefully before purchasing.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

However, exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:

  • The item is returned unused

  • It is in its original condition and packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with change-of-mind exchanges or returns.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, return shipping costs will be covered by us where applicable.

Original Condition

Returned items must be received in original condition to be eligible for an exchange, store credit, or approved refund.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed, please first check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

While we will always do our best to assist, Jules Nature Artist is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
