Shipping & Return Policy

Jules Nature Artist is committed to ensuring that your orders are shipped efficiently and securely.

Flat-Rate Shipping: $12.00 per order for deliveries within Australia. *Excludes Original Artworks and local deliveries (see below).
FREE Delivery: For orders over $75 for deliveries within Australia. *Excludes Original Artworks.
Local Deliveries: For postcodes 2450 and 2456, we deliver for a flat fee of $5.00.
Original Artwork (one off art pieces): Shipping is individually priced based on size, weight, and destination. We will quote shipping on request.
International Shipping: We will quote shipping on request. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address or a work address for delivery.

Domestic Orders: Shipped via Australia Post or Sendle. In some cases, parcels may be picked up from your local post office.
Original Artwork: Delivered by courier, arranged directly with the customer.

Please include clear delivery instructions if you are not home, as couriers will not leave parcels unattended without prior approval.

Standard Shipping (Australia): We ship from the north coast of NSW and send orders out within 1-2 business days.
International Orders: Depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Delays caused by carriers or customs are beyond our control. Please refer to the tracking information in your order confirmation email for updates.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please review the following return guidelines:

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please take photos showing the damage and contact us within 3 business days of receipt. Include photos of the damaged packaging and item as attachments.
Change of Mind: Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind returns. Please choose carefully.
Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact us at hello@julesnatureartist.com to arrange a return.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item was damaged during transit.
Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If Damage is Visible Upon Delivery: Do not accept the parcel. Ask the courier to return it and notify us immediately.
If Damage is Discovered Later: Contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and item.
Insurance for Artwork: We recommend insuring original artwork shipments. Contact us at the time of purchase for insurance options (additional fees apply).

We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels marked as delivered by the carrier.
